Week 2: If God, Then...Is God Relational?

Greetings in the name of our great Creator and Savior - Jesus Christ,

I pray that you are getting your hope and encouragement from daily sitting at the feet of Jesus and listening to His word. I trust you will join us to worship this coming Sunday. Nate Vannatta started an excellent series that he has put a lot of time and study into entitled “If God, then”. It is an apologetic look at the logic of God’s existence. I am finding it very bolstering to my faith. : We had to cancel our spring clean up at the building several weeks ago because of a blizzard. This is short notice but tomorrow Saturday May 5th looks splendid. If you can please spare an hour or two, come help us from 9am – to noon. Bring the whole family. The kids can learn to “work heartily as unto the Lord” as well as us adults.

At the beginning of this year at Coulee Rock, Lance and I have set out our desire to grow as a church family in the area of “loving by serving”. We are going to be giving opportunities to be stretched and grow over the year. Two of those opportunities are coming up. 1) This Sunday following the service, we are going to fan out around our neighboring businesses and pick up litter. We want to bless our neighbors. 2) Next Saturday – May 12th, we will be serving our sister church plant in Rochester, Mn. They are having a marriage seminar and we will be watching the kids during it 8am – Noon. Contact Sandy or I if you can join us to serve and love our fellow workers in Christ.
