Father's Day & Beginnings Series: The Fall/Rebellion
"I the Lord do keep it; I will water it every moment: lest any hurt it, I will keep it night and day." Isa. 27:3
We are trying to grow new grass where the building addition disturbed the hill. It has been dry. So, it is hard to keep the tender grass alive and growing. Watering is hard work. But when the Lord waters our life, He does it every moment. God is building your life every day / every moment. Thank Him.
This Sunday’s teaching is from a very important and powerful passage – Genesis 3. It reveals and answers one of the basic questions most people have – “Why is there pain and suffering in the world?”. I hope that you can join us for Father’s Day this Sunday.
We want to thank all those who contributed items, time and help in the thrift sale. Sandy was able to present to WAFER a check for $395 this week. I am thankful for Sandy leading out to serve some of our needy neighbors in La Crosse.
News Item!!! The Steele family put an offer in on a house in Holmen on Wednesday and the offer was accepted. Please thank the Lord and keep praying for the details of the transaction to come together. This is a sellers market and it is hard to find a home with all the buying pressure. God is working on theirs and our behalf.
Don’t forget to put the Black River Beach grill out/baptisms
on your calendar! It will be Friday evening June 29th at 6pm. We schedule these types of events to build our unity and promote fellowship.
