Christmas is upon us! What a special time of the year! I hope that you can join us for both our normal Sunday service at 10 am on December 23rd and the Christmas Eve Candlelight service at 4 pm on Monday, December 24th. We will enjoy worshiping with scripture songs and Christmas carols. We will continue our teaching series “The Women of Christmas”. On Sunday, I will draw out lessons from the “Four Female Foreigners” in the line of Christ and on Monday, Peter will discuss Mary the mother of Jesus.
On Sunday, January 6th, 2019 at 10 am, we will celebrate the new year by looking back on the past year as well as 2019 for Coulee Rock in the State of the Church. We will have a potluck lunch following the service.
"The Almighty appeared on earth as a helpless human baby, needing to be fed and changed and taught to talk like any other child. The more you think about it, the more staggering it gets. Nothing in fiction is so fantastic as this truth of the Incarnation."
"All the Christmas presents in the world are worth nothing without the presence of Christ."
Have a very merry Christmas Season,
