It is good to be back with you all. If you had not heard, Sandy and I took a 4-week trip to the West Coast and back. We drove over 5,500 miles to Portland, OR. We visited a friend of mine that grew up across the alley from my house. We enjoyed much scenic beauty and wonderful historic sights. We got off the freeway and took many quiet backroads to see the countryside. The trip was very refreshing to our souls.
Tomorrow’s Fall Clean-up
We were hit with an early snowstorm on Tuesday night making a good raking of the lawn impossible for our work day tomorrow. However, if you are still available please come, our work morning is still on (8am – 11am or any time in there). We will be able to do some outside tasks. We also have some inside tasks to straightening out the closets, putting away summer stuff, cleaning windows, getting Christmas stuff out and things like these. Depending on the number of people, we should be able to finish up early.
Also join us this Sunday for our 10am service. Pastor Peter last week transitioned from the Old Testament to the New. He will be giving an overview of the extremely important gospels where Jesus in His humanity walked this earth in our shoes.
2 Thessalonians 3:16 (NASB) “Now may the Lord of peace Himself continually grant you peace in every circumstance. The Lord be with you all!”
